this is a place for gathering, for living, for creating a pursuit of happiness, if you will

the studio is centrally located, tucked away off the beaten path of downtown hollywood in an old florida wildlife habitat (as certified by the national wildlife federation circa 2007) home to lots of flora, fauna and other tropicalia. essentially, you’ll get to see mother nature and all her friends, too.
